Preksha Kaparwan, co-founder and CMO at Delhi-based startup Alphaai.ai, talks to MAKERS India about growing her startup during the Coronavirus crisis. Her focus was on reducing expenses, building better relationship with the clients, and building a community. She also shared the difficult decision of having to let go of some of her employees due to financial crunch in the startup, which is hardly a year old.
