Why would a bunch of mompreneurs start a Youtube channel with news and relevant information for children? Shikha Chaturvedi, co-founder of IGRAASP, says that children mostly read upon current affairs to appear in a competition or a contest. "But there is a larger purpose in knowing these things," she says.
"For example, if there is a crime or an action that has some kind of a cultural or social trigger, In order to understand that, children should be better informed. Depending on the age group, we encourage the schools also to discuss news in the morning hours," Shikha tells MAKERS India.
