Of Love, Life, Margaritas, and Pink Skies: Shonali Bose Unplugged
A feminist, mother, daughter, and filmmaker, Shonali Bose is a woman like no other. A life filled with experiences and epiphanies, she shares reflections of her own life and relationships through her beautiful films like 'Amu' (2005), 'Margarita With a Straw' (2014), 'The Sky is Pink' (2019). A daughter who faced the loss of a mother at a young age and a mother who faced the unimaginable loss of a son, Shonali sees death in a wonderful, new light celebrating the life of a human being. From speaking up against misogyny and patriarchy plaguing the country to believing that a happy ending is raising a toast to yourself, Shonali is an embodiment of love, life, margaritas, and pink skies.
