“We have a crisis of credibility. It's not that people don't believe us, but I think there is a credibility crisis in the sense that when people get a WhatsApp forward, they might believe that more than what they believe when they read a newspaper. And that is really worrying,” says award-winning journalist and TV presenter, Nidhi Razdan about mainstream media in India.
