First-time entrepreneur Nidhi Yadav started women’s ethnic clothing brand AKS when she was just 25 and mother to a six-month-old baby. Today, she has grown the brand to one that boasts annual revenue of more than Rs. 100 crore, and in the past five years, has empowered scores of women who make up more than half of AKS’s employee base.
