She emphasises on a blend of traditional food wisdom and modern nutritional science for a healthy body and mind. Her clients include Bollywood celebrities like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Richa Chadda, and Karisma Kapoor. A popular social media influencer, she has more than 880,000 followers on Instagram.

The co-founder of Bangalore-based Lil’ Goodness and sCoolMeal, Pariksha Rao is a nutrition expert who aims to transform eating habits among children through their fresh and packaged meal offerings, and thus inculcate healthy eating habits in children at an early age.
In September 2019, Lil’ Goodness acquired sCoolMeal, a food tech startup that provides services related to serving nutritious and wholesome food, including sourcing, preparation and delivery of a balanced meal to school children. Nutrition specialist Hima is the co-founder of Timios, a healthy snack brand for children that was started in 2016. Previously, she has worked with an FMCG company, and has also delved deep into the clinical and wellness aspects of food products.

A certified nutritionist and weight-loss consultant based in New Delhi, Payal helps people lose weight naturally, and helps in the control of diabetes and PCOS, among other conditions.
Her brand Living Well is motivated by her personal journey. In the past, Payal had to make frequent visits to doctors for several health issues, including a weak gut. She was later diagnosed with gluten sensitivity. That’s when she decided to take some action, and enrolled herself in a nutrition course.
