A truly unpredictable virus, the COVID-19 infection can manifest itself differently in different bodies. While some survivors describe it as a minor flu, others are still living with the aftermath months after testing negative.
However, data being collected from across the globe has shown one interesting finding — women are more likely to suffer from long COVID. Researchers are still trying to understand how women’s immune responses might be the key to learning more about this virus and its impact on their bodies.
